The garage did a great job installing a new clutch on our Subaru Outback. They did it very quickly for exactly what they quoted. And they fixed a bunch of little things that needed attention for no charge! A great experience!

I took my car in for a smog check, which I expected to be expensive because the Check Engine light was on and that has to be fixed to pass a smog test. I also had some issues with my convertible top. Howard said that instead of replacing the part causing the Check Engine light to come on, they just cleaned the carbon off the sensor. Then Warren drove the car to an auto upholstery shop to have the convertible top looked at, and when the guy said he couldn't fix it, he took it to a second place for me. They don't get paid for that at all! They treated my car like it was theirs, and I won't go anywhere else now. I have driven the car about 75 miles since then, by the way, and the Check Engine light still hasn't come back on.

These guys are awesome. I have a really old Acura, and they did exactly what needed to be done to keep it running great, without giving me the hard sell on stuff they probably could have done but wasn't necessary right now. Warren took his time to explain everything they were doing and why, and made sure all my questions were answered. I am totally impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends.

I had a $250 full-detail service done on my BMW and I can't say I'm too thrilled with the results. I didn't do a full inspection until I got home but some of the most obvious items had not been cleaned. The wood trim in my car did not look as though it was cleaned. It was either cleaning product residue or the original filth I had hoped to get cleaned when I first brought my car in, but something was definitely still on several of the wood interior trimining. The interior of my center arm-rest compartment had not been cleaned, nor the ash-tray compartments. The remenants of two sticky brown droplets of a liquid that had dried are proof. My BMW also has a lint catch all around each of the doors; these were still chauk full of hairs and lint upon inspection at home. The driver-side & passenger windows also had a bunch of faint water spots... they were either never cleaned, or were wiped down very poorly. On the exterior, it was obvious that none of my rims had been cleaned as black brake dust still covered each rim. Having said that, the customer service was excellent. The people inside were very friend and tried to accomodate me as much as possible. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. If I could believe in their workmanship, I might be tempted to go back for additional/future work on my car.
