I really appreciate the staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the assistant to the dentist. Everybody is kind and informative and interested in what my concerns are and how to address them. My concerns about cost, insurance and different options were all addressed. Tiara is friendly and always willing to help. Crystal was great at helping me figure out how to pay for my work and to help make it affordable. Daniel was friendly and professional. I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments now!!

Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, streamlined organization. Discussed options, cost and timeframe and went eight at it after my consent. Best of all: totally painless! That's quite a difference with my previous 'old school' dentist who just started drilling. Will move the rest of my family over to Advanced Dentistry as well.

Dr. Klump is fantastic. I never thought dental work could go so smoothly. He and his staff are extremely helpful and are always ready to listen to any concerns or questions I might have. He even personally called to check on my status after a procedure. I've had many dentists in my travels, and they have always seemed time strapped, callous and indifferent. Dr. Klump is none of the above, I dread the day I leave Alaska and have to find another dentist.
