It is gratifying to go to a health practitioner who loves his/her craft. Dr Levy works deftly and with great care and attention to detail. Having recently moved a long distance it is very nice to confidently sit back and have an artist do his work and provide thoughtful advice for the long term care of one's teeth. We are fortunate that Dr Levy loves his work and is so good at it! We will be back...

"It was my first visit to Dr. Levy. He was very courteous during my visit, and went over all of my options . After my visit, I had some questions, and send an email to Dr. Levy. His response was very quick and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I have never met a doctor so responsive and helpful."

Dr. Levy has completely changed the way that I feel about going to the dentist. I have had fairly negative experiences in the past and came to him with loads of anxiety and questions. Dr. Levy takes the time to make you feel at ease, he also gladly answers any questions or concerns you may have. He is a wealth of information about his craft, educating you every step of the way, it is clear that he has a passion for what he does as well as the people he serves. He and the entire staff are both warm and personable making his office a more enjoyable place to visit as no one I've met "enjoys" going to the dentist. I would and have recommended him to both friends and family and will continue seeing him for all of my dental needs now and in the future.

Joel Levy has treated our family since 1998, except for a few years when we were living in the D.C. area. Without hesitation I would recommend him. In addition to his unquestionable skill, I never feel he is offering unnecessary procedures. He has the best equipment and knows how to use them, offering completely pain-free administration of novicane (ask about this when you call for an appointment. It´s really something different) He has a pleasant personality, an ability to put you at ease, and is comfortable with everyone from small children to senior citizens. I feel I am in an unique position to recomend him as I have used the services of many very good dentists, having lived in other locations, including Atlanta, Hong Kong, Bethesda and Larchmont. What sets Joel Levy apart is his honesty and skill. Oh, and, of course, the pain free novicane. No more scary needles! -Beth "

Dr. Levy is a wonderful dentist who cares and takes pride in his work. I always had a fear of going to the dentist. Afraid of needles pain and drilling but Dr. Levy has put me at ease. I can go to my appointments without fear. He explains everything to you and tells you what he is going to do.

"I FOUND THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD ON THE INTERNET. HOW CRAZY IS THAT? DR. JOEL LEVY, WHO COULD BE DESCRIBED AS A BIG TEDDY BEAR, HAS THE MOST GENTLE OF HANDS. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE HAS A KEEN EYE ON DETAIL AND SETTLES FOR NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECT. FROM THE FIRST CONSULTATION WITH DR. LEVY, I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. WHILE MOST PEOPLE DON´T LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO THE DENTIST, I FIND THAT NOT SO WITH DR. LEVY. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. With Offices in Larchmont, NY and in midtown NY near Grand central Terminal, we have gone to great lengths to provide our patients with a truly unique experience, which includes not only the newest technology in Cosmetic materials, Cosmetic techniques and High Technology equipment but also, perhaps a new experience in a truly personalized and service orientated environment.
Our patients are partners in their own care. As partners, they are fully informed of their conditions and treatment options. We utilize the intra oral camera to show all areas where treatment is recommended. "Seeing is believing", the first step in showing the patient that there is something that needs to be addressed. We also will introduce aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry that many may not even be aware of. Often, there is a desire to make worn, tired or over restored teeth look more youthful. This can be addressed with the newest tooth whitening systems or perhaps by porcelain veneers(aka porcelain laminates)
Dr. Levy meets with each patient to clearly present treatment options, costs and length of service expected. We are fortunate at this time in the evolution of dentistry to have at our disposal the tools we need to handle almost any problem in a way that "Feels great", "Looks great", and "Lasts a long time". This can all be done in a comfortable, relaxed setting with our undivided attention focused on only one patient at a time. We do not double book and have a no waiting policy to respect the time of our busy patients.
