Even though I was running late by 30 minutes, I was well taken care of and all was okay. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I love that there is "normal" (not elevator) music. And, the office is CLEAN!

Excellent cleaning. Convenient location. I appreciate that the staff do not do things that are not typically covered by insurance without asking first (i.e flouride, irrigation, etc). Very straight-forward, thorough, high-tech and super-friendly.

Felt comfortable... very important to me to feel a certain level of comfort at the dentist's! Not only was I comfortable, the dentist and his staff were very knowledgable and considerate! They employed the latest technology and I feel that their fees are reasonable. I can happily say that I've found my new dentist!

Authentic Smiles is fantastic - this was the best experience visiting the dentist I've had in my 30 years of visiting dentists. What I love best, in addition to the friendliness of Shane Matt and his staff, was that everyone really listens to you, as well as explains everything that's going to happen and why. Being in the dentist's chair can sometimes make one feel a bit vulnerable, but I didn't feel that way at all. Love them!

For the first time in my life, I don't mind going to the dentist! In addition to their location, which makes it easy to go to an appointment without a hassle, they do a great job. Some hygenists are gentler than others, but they are all very thorough and I feel great about having them take care of my teeth.
